On Sunday, 8/30 we held our first official Board of Trustee meeting wherein we restructured the organization on the Philippine side and processed documents required by the Security Exchange Commission (SEC) for a new incorporation.

The volunteer based Board of Trustees helps provide oversight of our operations in the Philippines to ensure accountability for all fund distributions and program activity.
