Yesterday, our new Program Coordinator, along with a team of volunteers and a military escort packed and distributed hundreds of bags of food to flood victims in an area of Pasig (part of metro Manila) which still has standing water.

Typhoon Parma Avoids Philippines
While the Ondoy relief efforts continue, the Philippines was hit again by another typhoon named Parma. The good news is that Typhoon Parma has largely avoided the Manila metro area although it has caused further damage to the Philippines and left at least three dead.
Ondoy Death Toll at 386 as New Storm Approaches
