Executive Director – Tim A. Troutman Tim has about a decade of experience working for various non-profits. His full time job is the Donor Services Supervisor for Charlotte Rescue Mission. Working with the rescue mission since 2001 has given Tim the skill set he needs to effectively manage all aspects of a non-profit organization. Read more about Tim’s work at CRM here. Tim has also worked with the indigenous people of Vietnam in an ESL program in Charlotte, NC.
